Transitional Plus Care is a specialist Social Enterprise, Community Interest Company.

It operates a Shared Lives Scheme, and is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Transitional Plus Care also provides individually tailored and person centred supported living, offending behaviour programmes, and community interventions to young people aged 16–18 years old.

They have an additional focus on Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic backgrounds and Refugees (BAMER) and young female offenders.

The logo is designed to reflect both the company's accommodation provision along with the bringing together of their additional support facilities.
