The source photograph, taken with a Canon IXUS 70 camera is not great, mind you, the property is not that great on the outside either.

The house is being rented with the grilles removed and the brickwork cleaned and made good.

We had to produce a marketing pack for the property before the refurbishment was even started. I hope the property now looks as good as the retouched picture which did take a few hours to produce.

Bricks and stone do take a time to retouch as it's necessary to deal with each one individually – if you try to use groups of bricks or blocks, repeating patterns become obvious and the picture looks retouched.
